Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote Cebu Pacific products and services to various Travel and Trade Partners to achieve revenue, seat load factor, and ancillary targets.
  • Manage and grow accounts through regular sales calls, data-driven reviews, and execution of development plans.
  • Implement sales strategies tailored to the territory to drive account performance, passenger count, and ancillary sales.
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives such as product presentations, expos, blitzes, and familiarization trips, including full support on ingress and egress.
  • Respond promptly to agent and client inquiries, ensuring consistent and professional service delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Revenue Management, Marketing, Airport Operations, Legal, Customer Care) to address partner needs and deliver cohesive service.
  • Provide market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports, monitor KPIs, and align performance with team and company targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and continuously seek new business opportunities through account acquisition and partner development.
  • Travel as needed across Visayas and Mindanao to support field activities, events, and client engagement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related course.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in travel, airline, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge in Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Bisaya. Based in Cebu or willing to be based in Cebu.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (company car provided for fieldwork).
  • Must have strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
